Shipping Policies 

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Ground Shipping, which typically arrives in 3 to 10 business days. 

International Orders 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping currently. We hope to offer this one day soon.  

Returns of Defective Merchandise 

At the customer’s option, a refund will be issued for items purchased from easybeansy.com that are defective (this includes items recalled by the manufacturer). If the customer opts for a refund, the refund will be made using the same credit card as the original purchase. The discretion of Easy Beansy shall be final in determining whether merchandise is “defective”. Product packaging is designed to protect the contents. Refunds or credits will not be issued for items with minor cosmetic blemishes that happen during shipping, such as dented packaging, box corners or scuffed labels. If products are purchased elsewhere (amazon.com, outside retailers), customers must address returns directly with that specific retailers. Easy Beansy has a no-return policy on non-defective merchandise.
