CORN TORTILLA

This really couldn't be any easier. Heat up a splash of olive oil in a non-stick pan. Place a tortilla in the plan and cover with about 1 tablespoon of cheese.then top with  1/4 cup Easy Beansy black beans and 1 tablespoon of grated cheese (we use cheddar). Cover with the another tortilla.  Let cook over medium high heat for about a minute. Flip and cook the other side for a minute.

WHEAT TORTILLA (Large Size)

For oversized tortillas, only sprinkle half of the tortilla with cheese and add the Easy Beansy beans to that side only. Then fold over the "naked" half so that it covers the other side. Let cook for about 1 minute or until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for a minute. Enjoy alone or with your favorite toppings.

WHY THE RANGE OF COOKING TEMPERATURES?

You ever wonder why a recipe says something will take 5 minutes, but it takes you 15? That can be any number of reasons, but one could be that you have a slow stove or oven, or your appliance runs hot (or cold). Our recipes serve as a guide, but not a blueprint. Be comfortable tweaking as necessary!
